Welcome to Kids Club at Coten End Primary School!

Thank you for choosing to be part of our wraparound care community. We’re committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and enriching environment where your child can thrive before and after school.

Our Aims

At Kids Club, we are here to:

  • Promote confidence, independence, and social awareness through play and positive relationships.
  • Encourage children to take responsibility for their behaviour, showing kindness and respect to themselves and others.
  • Work in partnership with parents and carers to offer high-quality care and a positive experience for every child.

  • Offer a wide range of fun, age-appropriate, and stimulating activities.
  • Foster an inclusive environment where every child feels valued, and bullying or discrimination is never tolerated.

Opening Times

Kids Club operates Monday to Friday during school term and school holidays.

  • Breakfast Club: 7:45am – Start of the school day
  • After-School Session 1: 3:15pm – 4:15pm
  • After-School Session 2: 4:15pm – 5:15pm
  • After-School Session 3: 5:15pm – 6:00pm
  • Each session is charged at £6.

As we transition from Kidzown to Onside Kids Club, we will contact each parent individually once their registration is complete and their existing bookings have been successfully transferred to the new platform. Please do not make any new bookings or payments until you receive confirmation from us.

Transition from Kidzown to Onside Kids Club

As we transition from Kidzown to Onside Kids Club, we will contact each parent individually once their registration is complete and their existing bookings have been successfully transferred to the new platform. Please do not make any new bookings or payments until you receive confirmation from us.

  • If paying by childcare vouchers or tax-free childcare, please search your provider system using:
    Onside Wraparound (BT Setting)
  • For childcare vouchers, your Onside account will be credited once we receive confirmation from your provider.
  • For tax-free childcare, please email a screenshot of the confirmed payment to: [email protected] including the date, amount and your child's tax-free reference.
  • If you are paying with debit/credit card, you will receive an invoice for the first instalment. Once this is paid, a recurring monthly payment will be set up automatically for the remaining instalments.
  • All payments are expected to be made 1 month in advance from the 25th of the proceeding month.  Recurring debit card payments will be collected on or around the 25th of the month.

Ad Hoc Bookings

If you require ad hoc single sessions, these will be available to book online from 1st September.
Ad hoc sessions can be booked up to 7 days in advance, subject to availability.

Cancellations

If your child is unable to attend a booked session, please email us by 3:00pm on the same day.

Please note: Missed sessions are non-refundable.

If you wish to withdraw your child from Kids Club permanently, we ask for one month’s written notice.

Arrival & Collection

All children are signed in and out of sessions by a designated member of staff for safeguarding purposes.

If someone else will be collecting your child, please inform the team in advance.

Late Collection: If you are delayed, please contact us as soon as possible. Frequent late collection may result in additional charges or a discussion to review your booking arrangements.

Personal Belongings

Please ensure your child’s belongings are clearly labelled.

While we take every care, Kids Club cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal items.
