We’re delighted to provide wraparound care at Coten End Primary School, run by Onside Coaching.

Our aim is to create a safe, affordable, and enriching environment where children can learn, play, and grow before and after school.

How to Pay Kids Club Fees

You can pay for Kids Club in several convenient ways:

Tax-Free Childcare – reference Coten End Kids Club

  • IMPORTANT - Please send a screenshot of your completed payment so we can credit your account.

Childcare Vouchers:

Debit / Credit Card

You’ll receive your first invoice via Stripe for the initial instalment. Once paid, we’ll set up recurring payments for the remainder of the year, collected around the 25th/26th of each month.

Payment Schedule:
Ten equal instalments from August to May.
Please check your Annual Order Total in Your Account under My Orders and divide it into ten monthly payments.

Session Times & Cost

Session Options & Prices

All sessions are £6.00 per hour.

Available Sessions:

Breakfast Club: 7:45 am – start of school

After School Session 1: 3:15 pm – 4:15 pm

After School Session 2: 4:15 pm – 5:15 pm

After School Session 3: 5:15 pm – 6:00 pm

Ad Hoc Bookings:
Need flexibility? You can also book ad hoc sessions on a 7-day rolling basis at £6.00 per session.

Ad hoc bookings also include half-term availability, giving families flexibility during shorter booking periods.

⚠️ Please note: Ad hoc or half-term bookings do not guarantee a full-time place for the year.
