How do I register for Wraparound Care?

Our Wraparound Care is extremely popular, and many Breakfast Club and After School Club sessions are at or close to capacity.

If you're looking for a regular term-time place, we recommend registering your interest. Our team will discuss your requirements, advise on current availability and contact you as soon as suitable spaces become available.

Can I book Holiday Club online?

Yes. Our Holiday Clubs can be booked online through your parent account. Whether you need a single day or a full week, booking is quick and easy, subject to availability.

Who can attend?

Our Wraparound Care is available exclusively for children attending Coten End Primary School.

Our Holiday Clubs are open to both Coten End pupils and children from other local schools, so everyone is welcome to join us during the school holidays.

What sessions do you offer?

We provide a range of flexible childcare throughout the year, including:

  • Breakfast Club – 7:45am to 9:00am
  • After School Club – Flexible collection until 6:00pm
  • Holiday Club – Flexible childcare throughout the school holidays

What activities do children enjoy?

No two days are the same at Coten End Kids Club.

Children enjoy a wide variety of activities including STEM challenges, baking, arts and crafts, sports, outdoor adventures, construction, board games, role play and plenty of child-led free play.

Our sessions are designed to help children build confidence, make friends and learn through play in a safe, welcoming environment.

What food is provided?

We believe healthy, nutritious food helps children stay energised and ready to enjoy their time at Kids Club. That's why we offer a varied selection of balanced options throughout the week, with plenty of choice to suit different tastes and dietary needs.

Breakfast Club includes a choice of cereals alongside breakfast favourites such as pancakes, brioche and fruit loaf, with a variety of toppings available.

At After School Club, children can enjoy freshly prepared wraps or sandwiches with a choice of fillings, accompanied by healthy snacks including fresh fruit, raisins and yoghurt.

We also offer gluten-free and dairy-free alternatives where required. If your child has any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements, please let us know when registering so we can ensure suitable options are available.

What should my child bring to Holiday Club?

Children should arrive dressed for a day of fun, adventure and active play.

Please bring:

  • A healthy, nut-free packed lunch
  • A refillable water bottle
  • Weather-appropriate clothing
  • A sun hat during warmer weather

During the summer months, children should arrive with a full day's sun cream already applied. If you would like your child to reapply sun cream during the day, please provide a clearly labelled bottle and complete the appropriate consent when booking.

At Coten End Holiday Club, we believe the best memories are made away from a screen.

We're proud to be a device-free Holiday Club, where children spend their days making friends, getting active, being creative and enjoying hands-on experiences. To help everyone make the most of their day, mobile phones, tablets, smart watches, handheld games consoles and all other personal electronic devices must be left at home.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change, so we've kept our cancellation policy as simple as possible.

Annual Wraparound Care Bookings
Regular term-time bookings can be cancelled by providing four weeks' written notice. Charges will continue during the notice period.

Ad Hoc Wraparound Bookings
Ad hoc and single-session bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Holiday Club Bookings
Holiday Club bookings can be cancelled or amended up to one week before the start of your booked week.

Once your booked week has started, all Holiday Club sessions are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or transferred, as staffing, activities and resources have already been arranged.

How do you keep children safe?

The safety and wellbeing of every child is our highest priority.

Our experienced team is fully trained in safeguarding and follows robust policies and procedures to create a safe, caring and inclusive environment for every child.

Coten End Kids Club has Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) and works closely with families, the school and partner agencies, taking a multi-agency approach to safeguarding to ensure children receive the right support whenever it is needed.

All staff are appropriately DBS checked, receive regular safeguarding training and are committed to providing an environment where children can learn, play and thrive with confidence.

Can I view your Ofsted inspection?
